Everyone is welcome to join us in kicking off the wedding weekend with a hosted Welcome Party off the lobby of the Pfister at 8:00 PM. Bar service and passed hors d'oeuvres will be provided. We looking forward to anyone joining us for a fun start to the weekend!

The ceremony is at 2pm and will last ~ 45 minutes. Due to schedules of the church and reception venue, there will be a ~ 2 hour gap in the schedule to allow guests to check-in, socialize, or freshen up at the hotel. Please arrive at the church at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Anyone arriving too close to the processional may be asked to refrain from entering until the service has begun.

Dress code is 'Black Tie (Optional)'. Floor-length gowns and dark suits w/ white shirts or tuxedos (tuxedos welcome, but not strictly required). No jeans, khakis, sneakers, polos, sundresses, etc. We appreciate our guests dressing up to celebrate the occasion! (See 'Dress Code' tab for more information)

Trolleys will shuttle guests to/from The Pfister to Old St. Mary's Church (ceremony) and to/from The Pfister to Discovery World throughout the evening (reception). We encourage guests to utilize this trolley transport, as some areas have limited street parking. A free valet is available at the reception venue.

There will be self-serve or valet parking available at The Pfister. There is limited street parking near Old St. Mary's (ceremony), so we suggest using the trolley shuttles (see above). Valet will be available at Discovery World (reception). Ubers are easily available throughout the city.

While we love your kids, this is an adults-only wedding, which includes both the ceremony and reception.

We have a room block set at the Pfister and would love to see you there to celebrate the weekend (see 'Hotel'). However, should you seek other options, note that all transportation will be to/from The Pfister.

Spring in Wisconsin is unpredictable, however all events will take place indoors. There will be a free coat-check at the reception.
